It’s from this dedication to Yoga that I have learnt to fully explore parts of my body and my mind with a full liberation. I traveled to Nepal, practiced, discovered and learnt Yoga the way I am loving it and teaching it now. Trained in an indian Yoga School in 2016, I have been learning its methods and basics. (200HS – Yoga Alliance RYS), my teaching is turned towards discovering a full freedom of body and mind.
18, I fly to Montreal and London where I will live for a while. Few years later, I live and work in Australia after studying journalism in Paris. I settle then in Bordeaux where I work as a photography model while studying french teaching language. I travel : Europe/Asia (Cambodia, Thailand), Yoga practice comes during my travels. Yoga is a new turn in my life and adds spirituality and conviction to my physical practices in general (dance, synchronised swimming, gym…) Yoga is a philosophy of the body and mind, a human and general vision of life, a lifestyle.
